Keenova seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Training to plan, develop, and direct training programs for our sales force in Bridgewater, NJ, with additional location Malvern, PA. You will ensure training aligns with marketing direction and field needs, guiding complex, multi-brand initiatives.

The role requires senior leadership, collaboration across departments, and strong program management to mentor trainers and optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and direct comprehensive sales training programs.
• Lead sales meeting planning, including agenda, content and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Regulatory teams.
• Manage vendors and budget for training initiatives.
• Oversee credentialing processes and the learning management system.
• Mentor and lead trainers across the organization.
