Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• At least 2 years as an Area Sales Manager or Sales Training Manager.
• Experience leading training teams and trainer programs.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and direct sales training programs across brands.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and the learning management system (ACTO).
• Plan national and regional sales meetings and content.
• Mentor and lead trainers across the organization.
