Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead regional sales in Bridgewater, NJ (Malvern, PA). You will direct District Managers and Sales Professionals, deploy resources, and shape the business plan to drive net sales growth in complex healthcare markets.

You will recruit and develop leaders, build strategic relationships with customers, manage budgets, and advance cross-functional initiatives to deliver value while upholding regulatory and ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 10 years related industry experience, with 3–5 years in senior sales management.
• Experience in complex selling environments and in healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales objectives including Rx revenue and expenses.
• Develop and execute a Business Plan aligned with regional strategy.
• Direct sales strategies and marketing plan execution.
• Manage sales budget and ROI, coach and develop managers and sales specialists.
• Grow managed care opportunities and leverage pull-through strategies.
• Develop key customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and conduct sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.
