Job summary

Keenova in Bridgewater, NJ (with Malvern, PA) seeks an Area Sales Director to lead regional sales results, manage District Managers and Sales Professionals, and align resources with strategic objectives in a complex healthcare market.

You will develop and execute business plans, coach leaders, expand managed care opportunities, and build key customer relationships while upholding Keenova's commitment to diversity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years related industry experience, last 3–5 years in a senior sales management role.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma or medical device environments preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional Rx sales objectives and control expenses.
• Develop and execute a Business Plan aligned with regional strategy.
• Direct sales strategies and implement marketing plans.
• Recruit, coach and develop district managers and sales professionals.
• Maximize managed care opportunities to drive revenue growth.
