The ideal candidate has corporate or sales training background, adapts to adult learning styles, and brings B2B sales experience; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in corporate or sales training.
• Ability to adapt delivery to adult learning styles.
• Direct B2B, chat, or tele-sales experience required; cloud solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire training to onboarding sales reps via in-person, virtual or group sessions.
• Iterate training content using design platforms.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to align training with vision.
