Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to lead the Clinical Specialist team across a region. The role partners with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to drive regional objectives and support new customer onboarding with clinical education.

You will coach and develop staff, manage relationships with physicians and hospital staff, and ensure high-quality clinical coverage and education across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in arts/science and relevant clinical certifications.
• Minimum 6+ years in medical device clinical support with leadership experience.
• Proven management and coaching abilities in a clinical team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop clinical specialist personnel to meet strategic objectives.
• Recruit and retain regional clinical staff through clear direction and communication.
• Build relationships with physicians, decision-makers, and hospital staff.
• Deliver clinical expertise for product usage and procedural consistency.
• Address product usage issues and provide in-service training as needed.
• Oversee regional education and training activities and on-boarding.
• Present clinical papers and Haemonetics value proposition while complying with regulations.
