• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years pharma/biotech training experience preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience in healthcare/biotech/pharma with proven success.
• Understand selling processes and ability to execute sales workflows.
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach, coach and develop people in a complex sales org.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for therapeutic areas to improve field skills.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate sales training programs (ADDIE).
• Support learning for launches, national and regional meetings using blended delivery.
• Facilitate learning delivery and gather feedback to improve impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Sales Leadership.
