• Track record of building internal training capabilities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Establish an industry‑leading training department aligned to BridgeBio objectives.
• Oversee needs assessment with Affiliate Partners to identify gaps.
• Define and implement the most effective learning mix (live/virtual, e‑learning, blended).
• Lead Launch Excellence models for new products/indications from planning to post‑launch.
