Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Training Manager to oversee new hire and ongoing training for our Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham sales teams. The role collaborates with site leadership, recruiters, and HR to implement effective training and compliance programs.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year sales experience in Wyndham brands, strong communication skills, and a background in training delivery. Travel is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Competenze

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Need 1+ year sales experience in Club Wyndham/Wordmark sales.
• Experience in training delivery and compliance preferred.
• Travel required.

Mansioni

• Oversee training for new hires and ongoing development.
• Coordinate with Site VP, Regional Directors, recruiters and HR on training needs.
• Support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance.
• Drive performance improvements for underperforming sales reps.
