Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Training Specialist Presenter to lead new hire and ongoing training within Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham teams. You will guide classroom sessions, ensure compliance training, and drive improvements in sales performance.

Role requires collaboration with site leadership, regional directors, and recruiting to implement 12-week programs, 45-day reunites, and new technology rollouts while maintaining high standards of training quality and customer outcomes.

Competenze

• 1 year of Club Wyndham and/or Wordmark sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham.
• 1 year sales management experience preferred.
• Specialist Presenter experience preferred.
• Real estate or timeshare license where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Oversee training for new hires and follow-up sessions in classroom settings using iPads.
• Monitor 12-week post-training follow-up and 45-day reunion results.
• Lead compliance and credit card training in new hire classes.
• Identify underperforming reps for JumpStart and collaborate with Regional Director of Training for approvals.
• Coach underperforming reps monthly to improve VPG and closing rates.
• Track and report monthly actions taken with JumpStart reps.
