Stryker’s Senior Sales Recruiter for Peripheral Vascular (formerly Inari) will source, interview, and hire top talent to join our high-performing salesforce. You will partner with hiring managers, stay current on market trends, and drive best-in-class candidate experiences in a dynamic environment.

This full-cycle recruitment role emphasizes innovative sourcing, ATS usage, and mentoring recruiters and HR partners while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of recruiting experience.
• 4+ years of work experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, proactively build talent pipelines, and engage in ongoing market, competitive, and industry research to inform hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and provide hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, drive interview processes, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and talent selection tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
