Stryker is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter for the Peripheral Vascular division in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of additional related experience.
• 4+ years of work experience in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidates and metrics.
• Provide hiring recommendations with market data.
• Partner with managers and HR to define needs and processes.
• Mentor recruiters on processes and sourcing techniques.
