Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer operations, order management, billing, or order-to-cash operations.
• Strong knowledge of order processing, invoicing, pricing, credits/rebills, returns, and purchase-order management.
• Experience with hospital accounts or complex customer accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve order-entry errors, billing disputes, and pricing issues to support accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, billing, contracting, and other stakeholders to address complex customer needs.
• Support multiple business units while prioritizing high-impact and time-sensitive requests.
• Provide senior-level guidance on complex cases requiring investigation and cross-team coordination.
