Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide high-level support to the sales team and Chief Commercial Officer. The role includes managing system access, order processing, and generating reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The candidate will handle data entry, maintain multiple platforms (including NetSuite), and assist with trade shows and inquiries, contributing to accurate account data and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales support or equivalent.
• Experience with sales data entry, order processing, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the sales team and CCO.
• Manage system access and data in CRM and other systems.
• Support order processing, approvals, and shipping changes.
• Coordinate with Production, AR, and Pharmacy to respond to inquiries.
• Organize logistics for sales events and tradeshows.
• Route inquiries from leads to the appropriate teams.
• Update Sales Support tools with current information.
