• 3+ years in analytical, operational, or project management roles.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents and other tools to build reports, automate processes and provide recommendations.
• Self-starter who collaborates with other teams to launch and optimize initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts and improve efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root cause analyses of sales compensation and software platform integration pain points.
• Measure impact and ensure mechanisms sustain improved performance.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and contribute to ongoing optimization.
• Support multiple projects and work streams while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to understand key parts of the business.
