Job summary

Alta Equipment Group in Williamsburg, MI seeks a Sales and Rental Manager to lead our sales and rental operations, driving revenue growth and Kubota market penetration. You will supervise procedures, develop marketing initiatives, and manage inventory and customer engagement.

The role combines leadership, planning, and hands-on involvement with CRM tools, reporting, and a strong focus on customer relations. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction equipment or related industries.
• Proven success in driving market share growth and managing rental operations.
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of equipment applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
