Job summary

Apollo.io is hiring a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM organization, managing mid and senior-level requisitions and building sourcing strategies that yield qualified, diverse pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers, conduct structured screens, and drive data-informed decisions with a self-starter approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Sales or Revenue roles in SaaS.
• Experience recruiting for GTM Sales teams and multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid- and senior-level GTM sales roles across multiple verticals.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified, diverse pipelines.
• Conduct structured screens and interviews and lead calibrated debriefs for defensible hiring decisions.
• Manage 20+ phone screens per week and 360+ outbound contacts per quarter.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse and report progress to leadership.
