Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales/category/analytics/marketing experience in the CPG industry.
• Ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to understand complex data sources and develop and influence strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge Customer/Brand with Field Sales to relay feedback to stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand Marketing to identify and drive share growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with merchandising to develop in-store displays and selling tools.
• Lead internal planning processes with updates to key stakeholders.
• Run weekly and periodic meetings with customers to address needs and planning milestones.
• Tailor category/brand toolkits to shopper dynamics and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling brand/new item stories tied to category objectives.
• Provide field perspective on innovation/renovation projects through gate-to-implementation feedback.
