WK Kellogg Co is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Planning to lead customer planning for major retailers and to drive revenue growth. You will oversee forecasting, trade investments, and analytics while coaching a high-performing team across cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes executive-level storytelling, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize performance. Salary ranges reflect senior leadership expectations.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Sales Planning or related fields.
Experience supporting major retail customers in CPG.
Strong forecasting, planning, and financial acumen.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proven people leadership experience.

Mansioni

Lead customer planning processes for Walmart, Club, Amazon and other strategic accounts.
Develop insights to improve revenue, trade investment, and forecasting accuracy.
