Job summary
Kinder's, based in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to shape our future forecasting and planning capabilities across channels and products. You will translate commercial strategies and market insights into accurate, actionable demand plans that drive growth and service levels.
In this role you will lead S&OP/IBP processes, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and guide teams through data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing food &
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or IBP.
- Experience leading complex demand planning across multiple product categories.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven demand plans across channels and product portfolios.
- Integrate POS data, customer insights, and market trends to develop forecasts.
- Lead S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Forecast planning for new product introductions and portfolio optimization.
- Develop and present clear insights to senior leadership.
