Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or a similar role within a large, complex organization.
• Experience managing sales performance reporting and strategic planning.
• Strong analytics with CRM and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership; capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Direct leadership experience leading a high-performing team.
• Strong project management across multiple priorities.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred; familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales VPs to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements across all sales channels.
• Build and operationalize the strategic roadmap for multiple sales channels, aligning with business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership meetings.
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, finance, analytics, and marketing for integrated strategy.
• Own intake process for sales continuous improvement projects to drive revenue or optimize efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sales productivity and optimize process efficiency.
• Lead and execute pilot projects to test and scale across channels.
• Document multi-phased action plans to implement sales initiatives.
