Job summary

Generac is seeking a Sr Director, Operations Engineering to lead the enterprise Operations Engineering function, driving New Product Launches, site integrations, product moves, and enterprise standards. You will partner across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and HR to ensure launches are safe, on time, and at target cost.

The role requires deep experience in operations engineering, leadership across multiple sites, and a track record of implementing the Generac Fulfillment System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as required.
• 10+ years in operations/manufacturing engineering with leadership in NPIs and product transfers.
• 5+ years leading projects/teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Operations Engineering function for NPIs, integrations, and product moves.
• Develop and deploy enterprise standards and Generac Fulfillment System to improve O2C across sites.
• Champion lean, KPI tracking, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Oversee capital projects and budgeting for launches and transformations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
