Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Sales Operations Transformation leader to drive end-to-end managed services for clients, shaping future operating models with AI and automation. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with senior executives, and orchestrate complex transformations across global delivery.

Responsibilities include defining future-state visions, delivering value-driven solutions, and guiding program governance and performance measurement within Sales Operations transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Transformation, or related functions.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex Sales Operations BPO / Managed Services engagements.
• Experience leading transitions, transformations, and ongoing managed services delivery.
• Experience working with senior client executives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, Operations, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Sales Operations managed services solutions — from initial strategy and solutioning through transition, transformation, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
• Translate client objectives and transformation ambitions into pragmatic solutions that can be successfully implemented at scale.
• Lead the transition of Sales Operations activities from client organizations into Accenture delivery models, ensuring mobilization and operational readiness.
• Apply strong functional knowledge across Sales Operations capabilities including sales planning, territory and quota management, pipeline management, forecasting, deal management, CRM operations, and analytics.
• Build transformative roadmaps that align with client value propositions and measurable business outcomes.
