Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Technology Strategy & Transformation Manager to design and deliver AI-driven transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will lead multi‑agent architectures, integrate LLMs, and align technical choices with measurable business outcomes.

Travel is common for this role (50–80%). You will mentor architects, shape proposals, and build trusted client relationships while navigating complex technology stacks across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on software development experience with production deployments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects or a cross‑functional team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience building agentic or LLM‑based systems in production contexts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using AI coding agents in software development workflows.
• Familiarity with at least one vertical (financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or public sector).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI solutions across multi-agent systems and LLM integrations.
• Own AI quality and observability through LLM tracing and AI evaluation.
• Define integration patterns (microservices, event-driven design) and data foundations for production systems.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering using coding agents and AI-augmented development workflows.
• Translate client requirements into architecture decisions and support ROI estimation.
• Lead workstream delivery end-to-end, manage risk and dependencies, report to leadership.
• Develop client relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Support business development through proposals, solution shaping, and opportunities.
