Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on technologist to lead AI-driven transformation programs in the United States. You will design multi-agent systems, integrate LLMs, and own architecture decisions from design to production, collaborating with clients and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will manage delivery workstreams, drive AI quality and observability, and contribute to business development across industries. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technology consulting or enterprise architecture.
• At least 5 years in hands-on software development with production deployments.
• Minimum of 5 years leading IT projects or cross-functional teams.
• At least 1 year building agentic or LLM-based systems in production contexts.
• Experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Familiarity with at least one vertical (financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or public sector).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI solutions including multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, and RAG pipelines, delivering to production.
• Own AI quality and observability with LLM tracing, failure mode analysis, LLMOps, and prompt versioning.
• Define integration patterns (microservices, event-driven design, API-led integration) and data foundations for ERP/CRM/data platforms.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering with AI coding agents and production workflows.
• Translate requirements into architecture decisions and contribute to ROI and cost modeling.
• Lead delivery workstreams end-to-end and manage risks across teams.
• Develop client relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to proposals.
