• Analyze market share across key consumer channels and e-commerce platforms to identify growth opportunities, risks, and gaps vs competitors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes across consumer channels.
• Act as a communication bridge between frontline sales teams and management by providing timely feedback on market dynamics and potential business impacts.
• Support channel budget and resource control by tracking spending and monitoring ROI across Sales, Marketing, and CX.
