Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Sr. Program Manager to lead Sales Operations initiatives from intake to deployment.

You will own triage of Salesforce and related systems, identify process gaps, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with IT, Legal, Tax, and Sales teams to ensure accurate incentive, tax, and fee calculations. The role is 100% onsite at our Phoenix location and requires 5+ years in automotive operations or sales operations with strong data and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive operations, transactional order management, or related program management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales, transaction operations, DMV/contract workflows, and registration/title processes.
• Experience triaging production system issues, translating business needs into technical requirements, and validating releases through UAT.
• Excellent data-driven problem solving with dashboards and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations projects from intake through requirements, solution design, UAT, stakeholder alignment, deployment, and post-launch communication.
• Own daily triage of Salesforce, CFS, and sales operations system issues by monitoring production behavior, identifying root causes, and coordinating releases.
• Identify and eliminate manual workflows and gaps across Transaction, Order, and Title Operations.
• Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and operating mechanisms to provide visibility into tickets, progress, and issues.
• Maintain vehicle sales fee, discount, and incentive databases; update incentives monthly and verify accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation of new fees, discounts, incentives, and sales programs with system readiness and launch.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing for Sales Operations: script creation, validation, sign-off, defect follow-up, stakeholder updates.
• Maintain Order Agreement and Purchase Agreement templates and repositories with version control and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT to improve vehicle sales document templates and repository management.
• Ensure tax and fee calculations are accurate across US and Canadian workflows in CFS and Salesforce.
