Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Sr. Transaction Operations Specialist to support Inside Sales and field Sales from reservation through delivery, acting as an extension of the DMV Operations team.

You will coordinate documents, review purchase agreements, process DMV registrations, and ensure data quality across systems. The role requires experience with Title and Registration in-state, dealership office operations, and strong communication.

• Experience processing Title & Registration in-state
• Experience with Sales Contract Processing and DMV documents
• Customer-focused with ability to improve operational efficiency
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documents with Sales, Delivery and Order Operations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review Purchase Agreements and DMV disclosures for deliveries.
• Process DMV registrations across multiple states for customers and fleet vehicles.
• Record information and ensure data quality in multiple systems.
• Serve as authority on vehicle taxes and fees amid state changes.
• Provide operational support for ad-hoc initiatives.
• Support revenue recognition reviews.
• Assist in training of new hires and update training materials
