Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a subset of the Platform, defining vision, development, and convergence of part of the stack. You will present as the product voice to VP-level stakeholders when process changes are needed. The role sits in Phoenix, AZ and requires onsite presence five days a week.

You will set the discovery standards, define-done criteria, and mentor less senior teammates while guiding portfolio priorities across programs and gates.
