Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a major portion of the Platform, driving vision, development, and convergence of the stack. You will partner with VP-level stakeholders to influence cross-functional process changes and governance.

The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, onsite five days a week, and requires setting discovery standards, defining done criteria, and mentoring more junior teammates while delivering high-impact platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience with enterprise or platform products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a roadmap.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and outcomes for major capability areas within the platform.
• Collaborate with VP/director-level stakeholders across functions to align roadmap.
• Define discovery standards, definitions of done, and mentorship for teammates.
• Lead launches with risk management, readiness criteria, and sponsorship.
• Mentor colleagues and set standards for how product work is executed.
