Finom is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist for New Business, reporting to the Head of Sales Operations. The role is fully remote within Spain, supporting both inbound and outbound sales funnels.

You will own processes end-to-end, from lead arrival to customer win, focusing on speed, conversion, capacity, and cost. You will rewrite or replace inefficient processes, design the machine, and drive automation and AI to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Experience building high-volume sales machines.
• Experience with automation and AI tools.
• Fluent English and remote work capability.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end inbound and outbound funnels.
• Identify friction and decide to fix or replace.
• Design the machine: routing, qualification, cadences, handovers.
• Make automation and AI handle repetitive work.
• Test with experiments and MVPs, measure and kill failing ideas.
• Prepare proposals with numbers and align managers and the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Be accountable for volumes, qualification rate, win rate, and revenue.
