Job summary

Finom, a European fintech platform, seeks an experienced RAM to own a book of high‑value SME clients across European markets. You will drive revenue growth, proactively engage the portfolio, and identify upsell opportunities across the Finom product suite.

You will collaborate with onboarding, product and support to ensure client needs are met, maintain Salesforce activity, and work in a hybrid/remote EU setup with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Italian at native level.
• 2+ years of account management in fintech or B2B SaaS.
• 1+ year of outbound or business development experience.
• Strong revenue mindset and portfolio management.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to spot upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value SME clients across Europe and drive revenue growth.
• Proactively engage the book and push for upsell/cross-sell.
• Identify opportunities across Finom’s product suite and present plans to clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and maintain clean Salesforce records.
• Use data and usage signals to inform outreach priorities and commercial conversations.
• Collaborate with onboarding, product and support to ensure promises are delivered.
