Job summary

Finom is seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team. You will qualify inbound leads, turn them into customers, and drive adoption of our fintech platform with a strong focus on high-volume sales.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track daily performance, and proudly represent Finom across Europe in a remote/hybrid setup. Fluency in English and French is required, with 1–3 years in sales and a passion for fintech.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
• Strong communication and people skills - you know how to build rapport and close deals.
• You're organized - you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
• A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
• Adaptability and resilience - you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
• Must-have: fluent English and additional Native level French
• You work well independently but love being part of a team.
• You're ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented - you love winning!

Responsibilities
