Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with regional sales leaders and field teams, owning CRM account management, reporting cadences, pipeline health oversight, and revenue forecasting.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, build Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards, and enable sales with streamlined processes while supporting compensation and territory administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Experience translating complex sales data into concise narrative insights for executive leaders.
• Strong CRM data integrity and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Health & Revenue Forecasting Support: Validate deal stages, close dates, opportunity fields, and naming standards; observe deal progression and funnel bottlenecks; aggregate weekly forecasts across regional teams.
• Reporting, Analytics & Visualizations: Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; automate weekly operational reports; develop Tableau dashboards tracking KPIs and trends.
• Territory Management, Field Enablement & Compensation Resolution: Manage account lists and territory assignments; create SOPs and guides; resolve payout inquiries with data-backed reconciliation.
