Medtronic is seeking a Senior Sales Administration Manager to lead the U.S. Neurovascular operations team, driving issue resolution, order support, and inventory coordination.

You will own the AOP inventory target process with cross-functional partners and guide daily commercial activities across functions. The role demands strong leadership, experience with field sales support in regulated or medical device environments, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree; 7+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience (advanced degree acceptable).
• Experience in sales administration, order management, or medical devices is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the U.S. Neurovascular field operations team to support customers and field teams.
• Set and monitor Annual Operating Plan (AOP) inventory targets with cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee daily commercial operations, providing leadership and development to staff.
• Coordinate customer care, order management, inventory, and system issue resolution across functions.
• Partner with Commercial Execution to align for account and field needs.
• Provide operating insights to pricing, contracts, and deal rules teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial Platforms to improve tools, reports, and workflows.
• Establish escalation paths and ensure follow-through across functions.
• Identify risks and implement scalable process improvements, including Scientia integration.
