Job summary

Kaufman Hall is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Operations – Proposal Development and Reviews in Chicago or Denver. The role emphasizes proposal development, contract review, and CRM alignment, requiring 3+ years in contracting and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting experience or related sales enablement roles.
• CRM experience – Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Pricing / deal configuration familiarity helpful.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development, editing, formatting, and quality review of client-facing proposals, statements of work, contracts, and related sales materials.
• Draft, edit, and review contracts supporting Consulting project sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and leadership to resolve pricing, scope, approvals, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure alignment between proposal documents and CRM opportunity details, including pricing and delivery plan.
• Facilitate leadership proposal review and approval processes and manage stakeholders.
