Job summary

SK hynix America is hiring a Sales Operations & Planning Specialist to oversee the full order fulfillment process and supply chain coordination onsite in San Jose, CA. The role supports cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounting, and Logistics, ensuring accurate data and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales operations in semiconductors, strong Excel and SAP skills, and proficiency in English and Korean. Relocation is not offered for this onsite position.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales operations in semiconductors or related tech
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Proficient with SAP sales operations and Excel

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain coordination
Communicate with HQ for on-time materials and schedules
Interact with customers for order acknowledgement and delivery planning
Support Sales Account Managers, Accounting and Logistics
Data consolidation and analysis: forecast, sales tracking, backlog
