Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, staffing, and client relationships across multiple sales programs.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in sales operations, team management, and performance improvement. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, sales operations, or sales leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams or multiple business units.
• Proven ability to manage sales performance, employee productivity, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple field sales and inside sales programs.
• Manage and support Program Managers, Team Leads, and sales personnel to achieve established performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs, sales production, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
• Identify underperforming programs and implement corrective action plans to improve results.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to coordinate hiring, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning.
• Oversee new program launches, training coordination, and operational readiness.
• Analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
