Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership or cross-functional mentoring.
• Strong experience with sales compensation administration, territory planning, analytics and CRM management.
• Familiarity with sales compensation platforms and forecasting tools.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; ability to synthesize large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, or similar BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Operations function, including direct management of full-time employees & consultant partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor to commercial leadership with strategic insights and operational support.
• Partner cross-functionally to support execution of commercial priorities.
• Build and scale sales operations infrastructure, processes, and governance.
• Drive operational rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement across forecasting, pipeline management, CRM utilization, territory management, and reporting.
• Establish operating cadences, KPIs, and business rhythms for visibility and execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes through automation.
• Lead compensation administration and incentive program design and governance.
• Lead territory planning and commercial strategy with quota setting and capacity planning.
• Drive process optimization and system enhancements with IT and stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and analytics to monitor performance.
