Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Business Analyst III in New York to support the sales operations in delivering data-driven insights and robust reporting. You will manage large datasets, build dashboards, and enable accurate compensation and performance management.

You will collaborate across Sales Operations, Customer Service, Rebates, and Accounts Receivable to ensure end-to-end visibility into commercial performance and financial outcomes, while advancing automation and governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or related role.
• Experience handling large datasets across multiple systems.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Salesforce/Veeva and SAP BW.
• Experience with enterprise KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Healthcare/medical device environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance and automation best practices.
• AS400/DB2 SQL experience is a plus.
• Consistent attendance and flexibility for non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets from CRM, ERP, and related systems.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports across functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain SaaS CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva) for data quality and usability.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reporting packages.
