Job summary

Docker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will support field requests via ticketing, manage user access in our tech stack, and contribute to FP&A data hygiene and month-end close.

Prior exposure to Salesforce, Gong, and GTM processes is ideal, with reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations. We value startup builders who thrive in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce accounts, contact and lead objects.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically savvy with Google Suite.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for our field ticketing system, acting as first line support to the field.
• Hold responsibility for the end of month & end of quarter FP&A updates.
• Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for field & GTM teams.
• Own internal documentation refresh cadence.
• Assist with reviewing Salesforce page layouts including fields, validations and workflows.
