Job description

About Docker

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

_______________________________________________________________________

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team who are responsible for optimizing the success of Docker’s Sales & GTM teams to accelerate our revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be providing front line support to the field via our ticketing system, managing users within our tech stack, assisting with end of month FP&A requirements, and focusing on data hygiene.

An ideal candidate is a start-up builder who has experience in working with Sales and GTM teams, and has previously worked with Salesforce and Gong. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for our field ticketing system, acting as first line support to the field

  • Hold responsibility for the end of month & end of quarter FP&A updates

  • Complete the onboarding and offboarding processes for the field & GTM teams

  • Own the internal documentation refresh cadence

  • Assist with reviewing and optimising Salesforce page layouts including fields, validations and workflows for accounts, leads and contacts

  • Manage users within our tech stack

  • Assist with scoping, testing and rolling out new system processes

  • Be involved in FY Planning activities

  • Ongoing review of new accounts, leads and contacts added to the system to ensure the data is accurate, standardized and not duplicative

  • Support the Sales Ops & GTM Ops teams with ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations

  • Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce accounts, contact and lead objects

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Technically savvy with Google Suite

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building

Additional Attributes

  • Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo

  • Familiarity with AI tools, including building AI-assisted workflows is a benefit

First 30 days:

  • Immerse yourself in the Sales Ops ticketing queue to build familiarity with regular field requests and assume primary ownership of the queue

  • Establish baseline relationships with the RevOps team, key field stakeholders, and FP&A business partners

  • Review existing processes for recurring monthly reporting needs and shadow the onboarding/offboarding workflows for GTM team members

  • Conduct an initial audit of Salesforce data hygiene and user administration setups to spot immediate gaps and prioritize requirements

First 60 Days

  • Establish yourself as the go-to contact for routine field queries, resolving regular ticket requests within the defined SLA

  • Audit internal documentation, and connect with the relevant team member to begin required updates

  • Expand user administration and governance across core sales tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)

  • Execute on your initial review of our current data hygiene, and begin reviewing newly created accounts, flag duplicate records, identify missing data and correct standardization issues

  • Partner with Business Systems and RevOps leadership to shadow open Salesforce optimization projects

First 90 Days

  • Independently manage and execute the end-of-month and end-of-quarter FP&A update cadences

  • Optimize Salesforce page layouts, validation rules, and fields based on recurring ticket trends to reduce inbound friction

  • Prototype AI-assisted workflows or automated responses for repetitive support tasks to accelerate ticket resolution times

  • Provide data mapping, system cleanup, and structural execution support for upcoming FY Planning activities

One Year Outlook

  • Function as the front line support for all field & GTM enquiries, managing ticket queues and field tech administration with fast SLAs and minimal escalation

  • Drive end-to-end execution of EOM/EOQ financial system updates while maintaining precise data accuracy

  • Build and maintain an ongoing data governance framework that proactively minimizes duplications and maintains CRM health

  • Deploy automated support enhancements, including AI-driven workflows, that measurably decrease ticket volume and empower field efficiency

  • Serve as a key operational partner during annual and mid-year planning, optimizing systems and tooling to support company growth

Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Compensation & Equity

Canada: CA$128,100 – CA$178,100 + equity

United States: $92,400 – $132,000 + equity
