Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. This is a hybrid role for our Bay Area office requiring 2 days a week in the office.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Partner with Regional Sales leadership to define the go-to-market strategy for North America
  • Drive annual planning processes to ensure strong operational plans underpin the growth goals for the region
  • Own and execute on strategic initiatives in partnership with sales leadership and cross-functional teams including customer success, talent acquisition, marketing, product, partner, enablement and other operational partners
  • Own core operational cadences including regional forecast, territory management, quarterly business reviews (QBR), and pipeline management to support day-to-day running of the team
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through ad hoc an recurring data analysis; and own seminal reporting and dashboards
  • Surface strategic insights to guide the business and proactively identify gaps/opportunities for sales leadership

Qualifications

You're probably a match if:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, finance, management consulting, or a similar role (SaaS experience a must, but need not be for all of those years)
  • Experience managing complex projects end-to-end; from inception to design to execution and, ultimately, impact
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others
  • Strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of results in fast-moving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity

The target salary range for this position is $182K to $279K . When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
