DuPont is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the North America commercial organization for our Specialty Lubricants & Additives business. This leader will accelerate growth across Molykote and Multibase portfolios, expand distributor channels, and develop strategic customer relationships while driving commercial execution across a diverse customer base.

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of commercial leadership in lubricants or related markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and growing distributor networks.
• Experience managing OEM relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong business development skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of lubricants, greases, and value-based selling.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of the Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development, focusing on automotive and packaging.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
• Transform and strengthen channels by executing performance metrics and mutual action plans.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth.
• Establish a segmented commercial model that maximizes market coverage and value.
• Travel extensively throughout North America to support customers and teams.
