Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Sales Team across all stages to achieve quotas.
• Direct and coordinate local sales activities while aligning with marketing on lead generation.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage proposals, contracts and bids.
• Track, analyze and report quarterly and annual sales goals for the team and individuals.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, and performance reviews for Direct Reports.
• Travel as needed for interoffice or customer meetings.
