Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the North Central sales team, guiding strategy with retail and builder/developer partners, and drive profitable growth. You will own regional planning, manage P&L, forecast and budget, coach a distributed team, and be the brand ambassador for Fisher & Paykel and DCS products across the region, traveling to HQ as needed.

• 5 years of experience in sales roles with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of Key Account management experience.
• Experience selling in a premium luxury environment and leading distributed sales teams.

• Plan and execute the regional plan in collaboration with channel leaders.
• Manage and grow key accounts with a focus on revenue and margin.
