Knife River Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Knife River Ready Mix product line, driving growth and profitability. You will oversee customer relationships, forecast pricing, and manage strategic accounts while coordinating with operations to align market opportunities with production capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years sales and marketing management in concrete industry.
• Able to provide and maintain licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing strategies with product line management to meet or exceed corporate financial goals.
• Assist in developing sales territory with sales staff.
• Represent company at trade association meetings and events.
• Develop direction for product and service development through survey, customer interaction and industry statistics.
• Maintain contact with Top 20 customers and assist sales staff in preparing major bids.
• Lead sales staff daily in forecasting sales volumes and achieving the forecast.
