Job summary

Knife River - South is seeking a Sales Representative to grow ready-mix concrete sales, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships for our Rockdale Ready Mix plant and surrounding areas. You will identify and pursue opportunities, maintain key accounts, and help maximize plant utilization and revenue growth in the local market.

• 3–7+ years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete or construction materials.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project timelines.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow ready-mix concrete sales within the local market area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
