Job summary

REPLUG GmbH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to win new business for our performance advertising offering, working directly with the co-founder. You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, and convert qualified prospects into active clients in a remote EU setting.

You will build your own pipeline through outbound efforts, industry relationships, referrals and relevant inbound opportunities, negotiating pricing and terms while coordinating with delivery teams to meet advertiser

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience selling mobile performance advertising
• Experience selling performance-based campaigns (CPI/CPA) with familiarity across ad networks and related channels
• Evidence of sourcing and closing new business and running full sales cycles independently
• Ability to manage opportunities from first contact to close with structured prospecting and forecasting
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution, MMPs, traffic quality and advertiser KPIs (CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV)
• Business-fluent English; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building and managing your pipeline through outbound and inbound opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and signature
• Explain delivery capabilities and set expectations with delivery teams to ensure scale and KPI alignment
• Improve selling processes by updating CRM (HubSpot) and sharing market feedback with founders
• Represent REPLUG at events to build relationships and credibility in mobile advertising
