Job summary

REPLUG GmbH is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to own revenue for our Performance Ads division. You will drive new business, lead end-to-end deals, and shape how we sell while building a scalable sales engine from the ground up.

You will work closely with the founders, recruit and mentor the team, and expand into new markets with outbound and inbound strategies. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset and strong English fluency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience selling mobile app marketing or mobile-related services in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of closing mid- and high-ticket deals.
• Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (UA channels, attribution, ROAS, LTV, SKAN, MMPs).
• Experience running full sales cycles independently.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and outbound prospecting ability.
• Business-fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue generation.
• Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
• Lead discovery calls and pitch our services to mobile companies.
• Close deals for the Performance Ads division across CPI/UA, OEM ads, networks, programmatic, and rewarded traffic.
• Run the full sales cycle: Prospect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close.
• Manage deals end-to-end.
• Build the sales engine and refine the sales playbook.
• Develop scalable outbound strategies and repeatable sales motions.
• Work directly with the founders and influence commercial positioning.
• Represent the company at events and speaking engagements.
